Shunsuke Tsuboi, CEO of Sagri Co., Ltd., to Speak at the TICAD9 YOKOHAMA 2025 Indian Ocean–Africa Economic Zone Forum

Sagri Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tamba, Hyogo, CEO: Shunsuke Tsuboi, hereinafter “Sagri”), which leverages satellite data and AI to address challenges in agriculture and the environment, is pleased to announce that its CEO, Shunsuke Tsuboi, will be speaking at the “Indian Ocean–Africa Economic Zone Forum”, held on August 20, 2025, in conjunction with the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD9).

The forum is organized by NIKKEI, with co-organization by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA).

This forum brings together stakeholders from governments, international organizations, and businesses to discuss sustainable growth and economic cooperation in Africa and the Indian Ocean region.

Mr. Tsuboi will present Sagri’s initiatives leveraging satellite data and AI for agricultural support and environmental solutions, and share perspectives on future opportunities in Africa and the Indian Ocean region.
