Sagri Co., Ltd. Presents Its Technology to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Vietnam under JENESYS2025
Sagri Co., Ltd. (Headquartered in Tamba City, Hyogo Prefecture, CEO: Shunsuke Tsuboi), a company that utilizes satellite data and AI to address agricultural and environmental challenges, participated in the Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS2025) program organized by the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE).
As a company possessing advanced agricultural technologies, Sagri conducted a technical presentation and exchange of opinions with three visiting officials from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Vietnam.
Through opportunities like this, Sagri will continue to leverage its cutting-edge technologies to strengthen agriculture as a robust industry both in Japan and abroad.
During the program, Sagri introduced its technologies utilizing satellite data and AI, including “farmland parcel delineation (AI Polygon)” and “soil chemical analysis,” using its AgriInsight Map. The company also presented its latest “Next-Generation Paddy Field Management Solution” and the ongoing “Agricultural Land Management Carbon Credit Project” in Vietnam. Through this program, Sagri exchanged views on the challenges faced by Vietnamese agriculture and the types of technologies needed to address them.
